Background
The customer’s ticketing software was hosted on DigitalOcean’s data center with a disaster recovery setup on AWS.
The customer was running all services on DigitalOcean VMs but needed a seamless migration to AWS to leverage native cloud services, modernize applications, and scale effectively.
